Whole Home Transformation, Epsom
We’re proud to present one of our transformative projects, turning a simple two-bedroom bungalow on Glenwood Road, Epsom into a magnificent four-bedroom chalet-style family house. The client’s vision was to ensure the extended property looked like a unified, purpose-built chalet house, not simply a bungalow with a loft extension, whilst also enhancing its curb appeal.

Our Process
We worked closely with our clients throughout the design phase, accommodating numerous revisions to align the design and structure with their vision. Our proactive approach, quick responses, and thoughtful suggestions such as merging the dining room and lounge to create a more communal space significantly added to the final design’s value.
Design and Execution
The project scope was extensive, encompassing a loft conversion with a box dormer to the rear and two traditional style dormers to the front elevations, a redesign of the ground floor, and an overhaul of the first floor. We also redesigned the garage’s roof to enhance the house’s curb appeal. To maximise natural light, a skylight was installed in the roof of the gallery landing. Every detail was meticulously planned and executed to deliver the clients’ dream home.

The house evolved from a modest 2-bedroom bungalow to a modern four-bedroom chalet-style house, changing the dynamics of family interactions and enhancing their quality of life.
