Redesigning the Existing Roof
The existing roof did not provide the best opportunity for a simple loft conversion.
Instead of working entirely within the limitations of the existing roof space, we redesigned the roof to create a more practical solution.
This allowed us to rethink the available volume and make better use of the upper level of the house.
As a result, the loft became a genuinely useful part of the home rather than simply an adapted attic space.

Adding a Side-Facing Dormer
