Single storey rear extension and loft conversion in Kingston. We worked with Fluent on the early stages of our project for a single storey rear extension and loft conversion. They were great to deal with from the very first meeting with Tom who was able to provide strong guidance on how we should approach our project. As the project continued, we felt very supported from the entire team and their level of expertise was impressive. Shoutout to Sunny who was our main contact during the project. He was very knowledgeable, responsive and always on hand to help assist with changes. Overall a great experience and would recommend Fluent to friends and family.

We have worked closely with Fluent for over 6 years now. As the owner of a building company, they are always our absolute go-to team to recommend to our clients. We primarily collaborate on large-scale residential projects in the Ascot area, including complex multi-extension builds like double-storey side and rear extensions combined with substantial loft conversions. They also handled a major commercial-to-residential development project for us in Sandhurst, seamlessly converting a light industrial property into 7 one-bedroom and 2 two-bedroom apartments.Throughout every stage, the entire team is incredibly prompt, communicative, and easy to deal with. A massive advantage is their in-house planning consultants, which streamlines the entire feasibility, design, and planning phase. It makes the whole process vastly smoother and more efficient than any other company we have used in the past. Highly recommended

Amazing experience from start to finish for a garage conversion and internal reconfiguration to make an open plan kitchen/dining space in Slough. Our architect Sunny worked tirelessly to create the perfect design. Also having Paul to introduce us to builders was one of the best services we could ask for. Finally, the support staff Louise and Kim are fabulous at answering all our queries so quickly.

Sunny Girn from Fluent Architectural Design Services helped redesign our property for our extension and renovation project. We highly recommend Sunny for his excellent communication and prompt responses to any questions or issues we had throughout the process. He is knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and very easy to work with. We are extremely pleased that we found Fluent Architects. They offer competitive pricing, and the entire team is friendly, professional, and supportive. We have been very satisfied with the service they have provided.

We had an outstanding experience working with Sunny as our architectural designer. From start to finish, he was incredibly supportive, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us get the best possible outcome. He patiently answered all of our questions (and there were many!), and went above and beyond in creating multiple iterations and versions of the drawings so we could fully explore our options. What really stood out was his ability to clearly talk us through the implications of each design choice, making what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and even enjoyable. Sunny is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also friendly, approachable, and easy to work with. We felt completely supported throughout and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a thoughtful and dedicated architectural designer.

Highly recommended! We are so grateful to Sonata for helping us design our wrap-around ground floor extension. Sonata showed incredible patience with all the design details and provided professional insights throughout the process. What we appreciated most was the timely communication—any questions we had were answered promptly, making the whole experience stress-free. If you're looking for a dedicated and skilled designer, look no further!

We had a single storey rear extention. So glad we went with Fluent! Their customer service is truly outstanding — they were always easy to contact, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Tom visited and explained all in details about planning and all felt just right. Sarah is always so helpful. The team is not only highly professional but also genuinely friendly and approachable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fluent to anyone looking for a reliable, talented, and customer-focused architectural firm. Thank you again 😊
