Fluent were approached by a client in Warfield who were looking to extend their family home to create a new kitchen dining area. We produced plans to create an open kitchen dining family area with a flat roof design and roof lantern and bi-folding doors leading into the garden
Having visited the property, the designers suggested that an extension and loft conversion would achieve useable space and subsequently increase the sale value of the property. We particular love the way the ceiling defines the different spaces within the extension and the positioning of the two sky lights creates a sense of space.
