Having visited the property, the designers suggested that an extension and loft conversion would achieve useable space and subsequently increase the sale value of the property. We particular love the way the ceiling defines the different spaces within the extension and the positioning of the two sky lights creates a sense of space.

Our designers worked with the unique layout of this Victorian property to create a beautifully contemporary space that compliments the surrounding area and retains the quirky features of the original building. We especially love the curved ceiling of the basement bathroom which is situated under the public footbath to the front of the property.
