Our Designers created multiple extensions for our Clients in Hersham consisting of a part double/part single storey rear extension and a single storey side extension with the addition of a front porch and a pitched roof on the side extension. The plan was to increase space overall and the size of the 1st floor bedrooms and family bathroom. A big project but the results are amazing. What did you want to gain from your new home?
We wanted a modern family home ultimately based on more space but with a nice flow in the positioning of the rooms from entering the house. Nice spacious bedrooms to move freely.
How did the team help you create your finished plans?
By giving ideas such as not making the bedroom extensions fully over the below extension as they would have looked strange. Adding the plant room space has significantly supported us in having a larger kitchen dinner space.

We absolutely would and have done so to a couple of school parents that were looking to make changes to their properties.

From researching online and meeting a few local firms we got a much better feeling with what was being proposed along with value according to the project.
How has your extension/loft conversion changed the way you live?
Again this comes down to having the space and extra rooms to entertain but also quieter areas like the second living room. A study area to keep work space separate has been great too.
