Our clients embarked on a journey for their dream home many years ago after falling in love with Mortlake Road in Richmond. Unfortunately, at the time there were no suitable properties for sale in this very sought after location. Our clients therefore made the big decision to rent until the opportunity to purchase become available, years later they were lucky enough to move into their very own home along the road.
Our designers brief; create a luxurious yet spacious family home with the addition of a large single storey wrap around extension and loft conversation. The proposed design was app roved first time by the local planning authority and our clients were able to begin their build soon after.
The house has been beautifully finished with a bespoke kitchen and quality materials to provide an opulent feel, and our clients have gained not only their dream home but added considerable value.
