Our brief; to design, create technical plans and obtain planning for a rear extension in Long Ditton.
Our approach; the designers proposed a 3-meter extension to comply with a Householder planning application. The suggested pitched roof tied the new addition into the original style of the house and allowed for three sky lights.
The build was finished in time for the arrival of our clients first child and they can now enjoy the new open plan kitchen, dining and living area; the perfect space to raise a young family. The clients also kept their original separate living room which means they now have a grown-up space free from toys.
