Our Build Specification Package is designed to ensure that your project runs smoothly from start to finish. Our interior designer will work closely with the you to create a design concept tailored to your needs and provide a comprehensive list of final fixtures and finishes. This not only ensures a cohesive final design but also enables your chosen builder to provide an accurate second fix quotation.

• Spatial & Lighting Design Package: Includes a tailored lighting scheme and 2D furniture layout to optimise both functionality and aesthetics.

Bee, our talented interior designer, has over a decade of experience in luxury residential interior architecture. Bee runs her own interior design studio, Atler Janaye, and we have partnered with her to create two packages specifically for Fluent clients.
This package includes:
• A 60-90 minute virtual consultation with Bee.
• A lighting concept board for each space.
• A 2D furniture layout plan for optimal space utilisation and functionality.
• Detailed lighting plans for use by builders/electricians.
The Build Specification Package provides a detailed breakdown of fixtures and finishes, enabling builders to give accurate second-fix quotations and ensuring a cohesive design outcome. It includes:
• A virtual consultation (60-90 minutes).
• A digital finishes concept board for each space.
• An in-person finishes consultation with material samples.
• A detailed specification of finishes for builders to reference.
Both packages aim to reduce stress, save time, and eliminate costly last-minute changes during the build process. Our goal is to ensure your space not only looks beautiful but also functions perfectly to suit your lifestyle. These packages provide you and your builder with a comprehensive list of fixtures, fittings, and layouts, giving them everything they need to provide an accurate quote and timeline. This information will then be used throughout the build to eliminate last-minute decisions, avoid costly mistakes, and improve communication between you and your builder.

We would recommend opting for both for a comprehensive service.
Once the consultation is completed, we aim for a two-week turnaround time for the design documents.
Yes! For the Build Specification Package, Bee will present a selection of sample materials during the in-person consultation, allowing you to feel confident in your choices. These samples will guide your final design decisions, and we will provide supplier information and make introductions where necessary. As a Fluent client, you will often receive a discount on products. However, we do not order or oversee the installation of these recommendations.
At present, our services focus on spatial design, lighting, and build specifications. However, we may offer soft furnishings packages in the future, so stay tuned! In the meantime, we are happy to introduce you to one of our recommended interior design studios should you require a full interior package.
