How does it work?

After your project plans have been approved by the local authority, you will be contacted by a member of the team to discuss your needs for the next stage, this will include Building Regulation plans, Structural Calculations, and whether you require support in securing a builder.

If you require support, our Pre-Construction Coordinator Paul will reach out to you to discuss your project, time-frames, and requirements. He will then connect you to the most suitable local builders within our network.

The support doesn’t end there, Paul will manage the quotation process. You will receive updates, support, and guidance throughout this process.

Once you are happy with your final quotation our team will assist in ensuring your chosen builder has the correct plans and documentation to begin work.

Paul and our team are also on hand to connect you to local suppliers from glazing companies to landscaping, all at a discounted price.

Please note this service is only available to clients that wish to use a builder within the Fluent Trusted Network.
