Our clients Mike and Joanna invited us to their Addlestone property last week to see their completed rear extension.
We were approached back in 2018 by the couple, who wanted to create an open kitchen diner that would allow for family gatherings, ideally so that it could fit a large table to seat everybody.
Our team worked with them to increase the size of the existing rear extension adding new windows and bifolds to allow for natural light and provide a view to their landscaped garden. Planning was granted successfully and building regulation plans subsequently created.
Mike explains “The bigger kitchen / dinning area with the new windows and bifold doors has let in so much more light and lets us see / enjoy the garden in a different way.”
