Sunny Girn
Architectural Designer
With 11 years of experience in architectural design and a BA (Hons) in Architectural Technology, Sunny brings both technical knowledge and a strong eye for design to every project she works on.
What Sunny enjoys most is collaborating with clients to create spaces that genuinely feel like them. He believes good design isn’t simply about making a home look beautiful, it needs to work for the people living in it too. From the way a family moves through the house to those inevitable muddy shoes by the back door, Sunny considers how a home will actually be used in everyday life.
Away from architecture, Sunny plays hockey three times a week, although he has been known to arrive at a Monday morning meeting with the occasional “minor injury”! And apparently, he has also been told she looks like a famous rapper. We’ll leave you to decide who…
Projects & expertise
One project Sunny particularly enjoyed was a new build in Sunbury, where he worked on reconfiguring and extending a dated bungalow to create a balanced, family-focused home with a strong architectural identity. It was one of her first projects working with a Georgian-inspired design, and he particularly enjoyed developing the detailing across the elevations. He also created detailed renders and walkthroughs to help the clients visualise the finished home before it was built.
