Our brief was to design an extension that complemented the character of the existing property while introducing a fresh sense of openness, light, and luxury. The result is a thoughtfully crafted space that feels seamless, refined, and wonderfully connected to the garden.

The standout feature of this project is the luxurious kitchen and island, which now forms the heart of the home. Positioned to face the garden, it offers a calming outlook and creates a natural focal point for family gatherings. The large island works beautifully as a social hub — ideal for hosting friends, preparing meals together, or simply enjoying a quiet moment while taking in the outdoor views. High-quality finishes, elegant cabinetry, and clean architectural lines bring a sophisticated feel, elevating the space without losing its sense of warmth and practicality.

As an added advantage, the extension incorporates a compact yet extremely functional utility room. Although modest in size, it has been planned with real precision, proving that you don’t need a large footprint to create highly usable storage and service space.
