Our clients wanted a home that worked better for family living and entertaining. By adding a rear extension, we were able to design a bright, open-plan kitchen and dining area that now forms the heart of the home.

The downstairs layout was also reconfigured to create two separate reception rooms at the front of the property — giving the family flexible living spaces that can be used for relaxation, a playroom, or a quiet snug.

One of the standout features of this extension is the clever glazing design. Large windows and glazed doors flood the interior with natural light, creating a seamless connection between indoors and outdoors and ensuring brightness throughout the day.

Unlocking the Loft

The loft conversion added even more functionality to the home, creating:

• A stylish en-suite bathroom.
