Mixed use scheme – Northwood, London Borough of Hillingdon
This development involved the design of a new three-storey apartment block, delivering five high-quality one- and two-bedroom apartments, alongside the sensitive conversion of an existing building to create a modern mixed-use scheme.
Our team managed the full planning and technical process, preparing both planning and building regulation drawings and securing approvals to ensure the project met all local authority requirements. By combining careful design with practical delivery solutions, we created a development that maximises site potential while providing contemporary, desirable living and working spaces.
30 Unit scheme – Norton Heath, Essex
We successfully obtained planning consent for a new residential development of 30 dwellings, ranging from two- to five-bedroom family homes. The scheme was carefully designed to create a balanced mix of housing types, reflecting local demand while complementing the surrounding context. Our involvement covered the full planning process, from initial feasibility through to the submission and management of the application, ensuring the development maximised the site’s potential and met local authority requirements.
Residential Development – Calcot, Reading
This site, originally granted outline planning consent for four detached dwellings, was progressed by our planning and design team to achieve full detailed planning approval. In addition, we successfully managed and secured the discharge of several planning conditions, streamlining the process and reducing risk for the developer. Our approach ensured the project was ready to move seamlessly into the construction phase, saving valuable time while maximising the site’s potential.
Essex Feasibility plan
We carried out a detailed feasibility study for a potential development of 32 dwellings, assessing the site’s opportunities and constraints at an early stage. Working closely with our in-house planning consultants, we were able to provide clear, practical advice on layout options, planning considerations, and overall deliverability. Our feasibility service helps land agents and developers make informed decisions, maximise site value, and approach planning applications with confidence.
Listed building conversion – Northwood, London Borough of Hillingdon
This development involved the sensitive conversion of a locally listed building into five luxury one- and two-bedroom apartments, carefully preserving its historic character while introducing modern comforts. Alongside this, we designed and secured planning and building regulation approvals for two new apartment blocks, providing a further 27 two- and three-bedroom homes complete with basement parking.
Our team managed the full planning and technical process, from initial concept through to detailed approvals, ensuring the scheme met local authority requirements and delivered high-quality living spaces. Care Home Conversion to 9 Residential Units
Our designs transformed a former care home into nine self-contained residential units, featuring a single-storey detached dwelling . The project also included updated fenestration, bin and cycle stores, parking, vehicular access, and landscaping.
