Jaspal Chana

Architect

With more than 12 years’ experience in the architectural industry, including seven years as a qualified Architect, Jaspal brings a broad depth of knowledge to Fluent. His experience has primarily been within high-end residential design, alongside projects in the care and commercial sectors, giving him a well-rounded understanding of different building types and the challenges they can bring.

As an ARB-registered Architect, Jaspal enjoys projects where he can draw on both his practical and technical knowledge throughout the entire design process. From understanding how a building comes together at foundation level through to the finer details of an interior, he enjoys being involved in the whole picture and making sure the different elements work together.

What Jaspal has particularly enjoyed since joining Fluent is the level of involvement he has in projects and the opportunity to build genuine relationships with clients. For him, good architecture isn’t just about producing a set of drawings it’s about understanding how people want to live, listening to what matters to them and working collaboratively to create a home that works from the ground up.

Outside of work, there apparently isn’t much time left for hobbies! However, Jaspal is a big Lego fan,  perhaps unsurprisingly for an Architect and has successfully got his wife and children hooked too. It seems the architectural design doesn’t stop when the working day does!
